Pressure Washing or Soft Washing
Most of what people call pressure washing should not be done at high pressure. Siding, stucco, cedar, painted trim and every roof type need low pressure and a detergent that kills the growth at the root. Concrete and pavers are the surfaces that genuinely take the high setting and need it.
